Ixigo AI Integration

Worked on designing an AI travel companion feature for the Ixigo app as part of a UXHack team project. The goal was to extend the user experience beyond ticket booking by reducing travel uncertainty and providing real-time assistance.

We conducted user research (surveys, interviews, competitive analysis), mapped user journeys, and identified key pain points such as information fragmentation and lack of proactive updates. Based on these insights, we designed Pixie an AI assistant that offers real-time alerts, smart suggestions, and conversational support throughout the travel journey.
